We were able to get a hold of the balcony in the Appalachian Outfitters gym and we will be having a Christmas party there. Family is welcome to come if they would like, however I kindly ask for a headcount so that I'm aware of who is likely to attend. Also, if each family would please bring $2 a person to help cover the price of pizza (this price can be negotiated if the family members are younger and are unlikely to eat much), 1 2-liter, and one dessert item item that would be greatly appreciated. I need the head count so I can properly estimate how much pizza I will likely need. Thank you and sorry for the late notice. (
